This refreshing sparkling beverage is made with 100% Atami-grown daidai marmalade, carefully handcrafted with no additives. The marmalade is blended with spiced black tea and soda water, creating a bright, effervescent drink. Inspired by Atami’s iconic fireworks, it offers a crisp finish balanced with a refined, adult sweetness.

About Daidai

Daidai is a citrus fruit from the orange family, known for its high content of vitamin C, potassium, and folate. It is traditionally believed to help relieve fatigue, promote relaxation, and support overall well-being. Daidai is also said to aid in preventing blood clots and to be beneficial for managing high blood pressure and arteriosclerosis.
